When is the last time you had some dedicated ‘Me Time’? Whether you are working or caring for your family (or both!), do you sometimes feel like you are stuck on a never-ending wheel of chores and tasks? We would like to invite you to pause and join us for a creative and restorative morning of mindful connection. Pottery and Yoga perfectly complement each other. We will first come together in a circle to arrive in our body and Kanako will guide you through a series of gentle yoga and breath-centred mindful movements to warm up the body and melt away the tension to become more present and comfortable in our body and let the creative juice flow for the pottery session.
Kasia will then support you through the creative process of hand building a candle holder, a small mug, or an incense holder. Working with clay is a beautiful way to relax, be present, connect to yourself, feel grounded and be playful. Your unique creation will be glazed and fired and will be ready for pickup in a few weeks after the workshop.
